Our housing application waiting list opens monthly, specifically on the third Wednesday between 9 am and 12 noon. To apply, use the application portal on our website.
Please upload all necessary documentation at the time of completion. Once we have received and reviewed the completed application and necessary documents, the applicant’s name is then entered into our computerized waiting list.
Applicants will not be given a specific number as to where they are on the waiting list. Due to preference points, applicants' placement may fluctuate.
Applicant Portal
If you are a new applicant, you can register for, and access, the Applicant Portal after you have submitted your application online. If you are an existing waiting list applicant, you will receive an email from us with your code and instructions for logging into the Applicant Portal. To request your code, please contact our office.
Property Information
We manage 50 apartments located at 620 West Third St., Florence NJ, 08518. All units are apartments. We maintain a waiting list for all unit sizes.
